What was the specific problem or challenges your company were facing?

We were in the market for mobile phones for our managers, as well as updating our internet as our current contract had come up for renewal. We also only had landlines on certain desks and we felt this was outdated, so we wanted to explore wireless calling from desktops.

How did 360coms help to resolve these challenges?

Darren came into the office and walked us through the whole process for all three options we were exploring. It was clear and informative and within a week, we had mobile phones distributed out to managers.

Certainly. 360coms are a friendly company to work with and someone is always on hand to answer questions and help out.

What were the key factors that led you to choose our solution over others?

We try and use local companies where possible and with 360coms only being down the road from our HQ, it made perfect sense to work with them. An example of this working out well for us was that our internet all of a sudden died a week after install. Darren and the team were on site almost immediately with a short term solution to get us up and running again whilst working on the main issue, which again, was resolved swiftly. Since then we have had no issues.

How would you describe your overall experience working with our company?

I would describe our experience of working with 360coms as positive and enjoyable. It was a really smooth translation of moving our internet over, as well as moving away from physical landline phones on desks to wireless.
