We were introduced to 360group in January of 2023, at that time we were with one of the Telecoms industry's largest providers who managed our entire portfolio (poorly). After several productive meetings we officially partnered with 360Group in January 2023. Since working with them everything has become so much simpler. We have a dedicated account manager who proactively monitors our data usage and suggests changes that will save us money. This is in stark contrast to our previous suppliers who remained silent, unapproachable and only sought to increase our costs!
